Representative Matter
Thomas G. Russomano’s experience in these matters includes successfully arguing before the New Jersey Supreme Court in Allstars Auto Group, Inc. v. New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, 234 N.J. 150 (2018), in which the Court held that dealers are entitled to an in-person hearing under N.J.S.A. 39:10-20 when the reasons they present raise a colorable dispute of facts or mitigating evidence before the Motor Vehicle Commission may impose fines or license suspensions.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every matter depends on its own facts.
