The firm represents clients in commercial disputes in New Jersey courts, including contract claims, business disagreements, and other civil litigation issues that arise in commercial settings involving dealers and related parties.
Commercial Real Estate, Leases & Related Matters
The firm represents parties in commercial lease and license disputes, real estate sale agreements (including deposit disputes), and landlord-tenant matters involving commercial properties. This includes breach-of-lease claims by landlords or tenants, default analysis, summary dispossess proceedings, and related commercial real estate issues.
The firm does not handle residential real estate matters.
Business Disputes & Shareholder Matters
The firm represents parties in business and corporate disputes, including matters involving oppressed minority shareholders, LLC member disputes, stock sales or ownership transfers involving dealerships, and related commercial claims.
Prior experience also includes representation in legal malpractice claims and condominium unit-owner disputes under the New Jersey Condominium Act.
